Our reputation is very unique as we are not owned by any third party corporations or private equity groups. We do not pay commission or turn small projects into thousands of dollars.

We firmly believe plumbing problems should be approached with several different ideas or methods, as there typically isn’t a “one size fits all” especially for our older south hill homes.

After taking over the Peck name in 1998 , Jerry Sweet, Jenna Ittner, and Jerome Sweet are working daily in field work and in the office. Family business isn’t always easy but we love to share advice with each other on a daily basis to make our jobs and customers projects run smoothly.

Communication is also key in our business as schedules and timelines can become booked very quickly. We try our best to maintain a strict schedule and inform you of exactly what time and which day we will be there.
